 Here is the recipe for citrus ice cream


### Contents:

- 4 cups citrus fruits (fresh or canned), soaked in water

- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

- 1 cup mini marshmallows

- 1/2 cup grated coconut (optional)

- 1/2 cup walnuts or chopped walnuts (optional)

- 1 cup whipped topping (such as cold whipped cream) or homemade whipped cream

- Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)


### Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the citrus, pineapple chunks, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut and chopped almonds (if using). Stir gently to combine.


2. Add the mixed ingredients and stir until completely coated.


3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the salad to a closed container. Refrigerate dessert and salad for 1 hour before serving.


4. Before serving, garnish frozen oranges with black cherries, if desired.


5. Chill and serve as a refreshing dessert or side dish.
