Afghani Dum Kabab



 2 onions
 250 grams tomatoes
 2 green chilies
 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
 1 egg. 2 tablespoons rice flour
Oil, as needed
1/2 packet of chicken masala

Method.
1. In a chopper, finely grind meat, onions, and green chilies.
2. Mix chicken masala, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, egg, and rice flour thoroughly.
3. Cut tomatoes into 2-inch pieces.
4. For cooking, shape the meat mixture into 1-inch long kebabs with tomatoes wrapped around them.
5. Grill the kebabs on hot coals, or alternatively, shape them onto skewers and cook in a shallow pan.
6. Serve with additional coal smoke for extra flavor.
