Chicken Cheese Rolls Recipe



**Ingredients:**


- 500 grams boneless chicken, thinly sliced

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 eggs

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Oil, for frying


**For Coating:**


- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1 cup breadcrumbs


**Instructions:**



1. In a mixing bowl, combine the thinly sliced chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped fresh parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.


2. Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into a cylindrical roll.


3. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture to make more rolls.


4. Prepare three separate bowls for coating: one with all-purpose flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.


5. Roll each chicken roll in the flour, dip it in the beaten eggs, and then coat it evenly with breadcrumbs.


6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.


7. Fry the chicken cheese rolls until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.


8. Once cooked, remove the chicken cheese rolls from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.


9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy them as they are.
