 Chicken Cupcakes Recipe

- 12 slices of bread

- 4 tablespoons butter

- Garlic to taste

- Salt to taste

- Black pepper to taste

- 1 cup boiled and shredded chicken

- 1/2 cup steamed cauliflower

- 1/2 cup chopped coriander

- 2 tablespoons vinegar

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 cup mozzarella cheese


Method:

1. Using a round cookie cutter, cut the bread slices into circles and set aside the edges.

2. Melt the butter in a pan and add garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste.

3. Use the melted butter mixture to grease a cupcake tray.

4. Place the bread circles into the cupcake tray.

5. Melt the butter again, add the shredded chicken, and stir-fry until cooked.

6. Then, add green chili, salt, black pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, steamed cauliflower, and chopped coriander to the chicken mixture.

7. Spoon the chicken mixture into the bread cups in the cupcake tray.

8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of each cup.

9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
