Dal Makhani Recipe

             Dal Makhani 

Materials:**

- Whole black lentils: 

1 cup

- Minced garlic: 

4 cloves

Fresh cream:

 1 package

>> - Oil: 1/2 cup

- Turmeric powder: 

1 teaspoon

- Red pepper powder: 

1 tablespoon

- Ginger garlic paste: 

1 tablespoon

- Cream: 

2 tablespoons

- Salt: reasonable price


** Method:**

1. First, wash a cup of whole black lentils thoroughly with warm water.

2. Add another 

2 cups of hot water. Also add 

1 tablespoon of turmeric powder,

 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder and

 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste. Cook until the lentils are cooked.

3. After the lentils are soft and cooked, mash them a little.

4. Then add 

1 pack of sugar and salt to your taste. Boil for a while and let it boil.

5. Heat the oil in a pan and add

 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 

4 chopped garlic cloves. 

6. After the garlic turns golden, add the lentils. Eat with hot rice.
