 Fry Paratha Recipe

- 2.5 kg white flour

- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 2-3 tablespoons ghee

- Oil for frying

- Salt to taste


Method:


1. In 2.5 kg white flour, add 1 teaspoon sugar, salt to taste, and 2-3 tablespoons of ghee. Knead the dough with water as needed.

2. Shape the dough into balls and roll them out thinly like puris.

3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the puris until golden brown.

4. Delicious fried puris are ready to be served.
