### Materials:

- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour (maida)

- 1/2 kg sprinkler (reduces the amount of frozen milk)

- 2 eggs

- Baking powder 1 tablespoon

- Normal oil or frying oil


### Method:

1. Add 1 kg of sugar and 2 cups of water in a pot until it becomes syrupy. After it thickens, remove it from the heat and add cardamom powder (about 10 crushed cardamoms).


2. Mix all-purpose flour, hoya flour, baking powder and eggs in a bowl. Mix well to form a paste. Roll the dough into small balls.


3. Heat the oil or oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the products until golden brown. Remove excess oil and drain.


4. Transfer the bacon to the prepared syrup. Let it rest for a while to absorb the syrup.


5. Serve Gulab Jamon warm and garnish with nuts if desired.
