Here is an easy recipe for Lahori Kulfi Faluda
### Materials:
- Kolfi:
- 1 liter of whole milk
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts (almonds, pistachios)
- 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder
- Faluda:
- 1/2 cup Faluda Sev (vertical fan)
- Rose syrup < br> > - Soaked basil seeds (Tucumaria/Sabja seeds)
- Frozen milk
### instructions:
1. **Colfi preparation:**
Boil the milk in a heavy pot.
- Boil the milk on low heat and stir from time to time until it reduces by half.
- Add sugar, cardamom powder and chopped hazelnuts. Mix well and let it cool.
- Pour the mixture into kolfi molds or ice cream molds. Freeze until solid.
2. **Prepare the Faluda:**
- Cook bran falooda according to package instructions. To prevent sticking, drain and wash with cold water.
- Soak the basil seeds in water for 10-15 minutes until they become puffy.
- Collect the faloude by putting a few spoons of faloude in the bottom of the mug.
- Add a layer of soaked basil seeds. - Cover the faluda and basil seeds with rose syrup.
- Place the kulfi stick in the center of the cup.
3. **Provided by:**
- Serve the Faluda Lahori Kulfi immediately and garnish with additional chopped nuts or cherries if desired.
