### Ingredients:

- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/ 2 teaspoon Baking Soda

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 large egg

- Buttermilk 1 /2 cup

- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

- Green food coloring (gel or liquid) if needed.

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar

- Cream cheese frosting (store-bought or homemade)


### Instructions:

1 . Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line muffin tins with cake liners.


2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking soda and salt. Let go


3. In a large bowl, mix softened cream and sugar until light and fluffy.


4. Add the eggs to the cream mixture and mix well.


5. In a small bowl, combine buttermilk and cocoa powder until smooth. Add green food coloring to achieve the desired green color.


6. Add the buttermilk mixture and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and stir until well combined.


7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Be careful not to overmix.


8. Add white vinegar and mix well.


9. Carefully divide the batter between the cakes, filling each cake about 2/3 full.


10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the dough comes out clean.


11. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the muffin tins for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.


12. Once the cake is completely cooled, spread cream cheese on it. If you want, you can put butter on it to make it more beautiful.
