Onion meat of standing spices


- Small Onions (chopped) - 1/2 kg

- Garlic cloves (finely chopped) - 8 pieces

- Ginger (chopped) - 1-inch piece

- Whole Red Chilies - 10 pieces

- Yogurt - 1 cup

- Meat - 1/2 kg

- Mixed Whole Spice Powder - 1 tablespoon

- Small Cardamom - 4 pieces

- Ghee - 1/2 cup

- Water - 1 glass


Method:

1. Heat ghee in a saucepan and fry the whole onions until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

2. Add cardamom, mixed whole spice powder, meat, garlic, ginger, and whole red chilies to the saucepan and fry.

3. Add water and cook the meat until tender.

4. Once the meat is cooked, add yogurt and fried onions. Cook for 5 minutes.

5. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, then serve hot with naan or chapati.
