  ### Ingredients:


- 1 cup boiled chickpeas (chana), drained

- 1 large tomato, chopped

- 1 cucumber , diced

- 1 small red onion, diced

- 1 green chili, diced (optional, adjust to taste)

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves

- 1 tablespoon lemon broth

br>- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala (adjust to taste)

- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

- Salt to taste

- Optional: Sprouted mung beans, boiled potatoes , grated carrots, pomegranate seeds added


1. Place cooked chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, green pepper and fresh coriander leaves in a large bowl.


2. Add lemon juice, chaat masala, cumin powder and salt to taste. Mix well to coat all ingredients evenly.


3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. You can add more lemon juice or chaat masala as per your preference.
